Q. I am seeing a doctor for the first time, what should I bring?
A.
Please bring your passport (photocopy is acceptable) and any insurance you plan to use.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A.
Yes, we accept payment by VISA, MASTER, JCB, and UNION PAY (Union Pay Card). For other payment options, please refer to About Payment (*link to the About Payment page).
Q. Can I use Japanese National Health Insurance or Social Insurance?
A.
Although you will need to pay the full amount of your treatment, depending on the nature of your treatment, you may be able to apply for a refund of a portion of your expenses through the Overseas Medical Treatment Expense Application System after you return to your home country. Our clinic will fill out the application form free of charge, so please feel free to ask at the reception desk.
Q. Can I claim the company for the cost of treatment?
A.
If there is a contract between our clinic and the company where you work, you may bill the company. However, the services that can be billed by the company (whether it is only the cost of the medical checkup package or includes optional tests and treatment) depends on the individual contract. We can also issue corporate cards based on contracts with corporate clients. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.
